Pipe Bending

One method of plastic material processing is pipe bending, which we perform at the INOPLEX production plant in Biskupiec. The process is carried out using mandrel or non-mandrel bending machines. These are typically used for processing materials such as: ordinary steel and stainless steel. High-quality equipment enables pipe bending with minimal radii and low ovality.

We offer mandrel bending of the following pipe sections:

• fi20 x 1.5 pipe, mandrel bending, 40 mm radius
• fi 30 x 2 pipe, mandrel bending, 60 mm radius
• fi 42 x 2 pipe, mandrel bending, 130 mm radius
• fi 50 x 2 pipe, mandrel bending, 100 mm radius
• fi 25 x 2 pipe, non-mandrel bending, 82 mm radius
• fi 30 x 2 pipe, non-mandrel bending, 67 mm radius
• fi 33.7 x 2 pipe, non-mandrel bending, 82 mm radius
• fi 42.4 x 2 pipe, non-mandrel bending, 150 mm radius
